$MNTL is AssetMantle’s governance token and plays an integral role in its staking economy. Besides securing MantleChain, $MNTL has utility within MantlePlace (NFT marketplace for AssetMantle) for various transactions such as mint, trade, royalty distributions, and platform fees.

What is Stakedrop?

StakeDrop is a token distribution mechanism that allows stakers of some of the most prominent Proof-of-Stake networks to get exposure to $MNTL tokens (AssetMantle tokens).

9,000,000 $MNTL tokens will be distributed to participants of Stakedrop across all six different chains. ( ATOM, XPRT, LUNA, CMDX, JUNO, STAR)
To participate in the campaign, users will need to stake their tokes with any active validator and send a magic transaction to the designated wallet address.
All on-chain staking wallets are eligible.

Step 1- Go to https://airdrop.assetmantle.one/stakedrop and scroll down to Available StakeDrops Section and click on View in ATOM.

Step 2- Now you will see two options, we will recommend selecting the second option of manually entering your wallet address and clicking on calculate. ( You will receive this message down below to complete the magic transaction.)

Step 3- Complete Magic Transaction ( To begin your participation in StakeDrop Campaign, please send 0.000001 $ATOM to the following address: cosmos1dsuar2ztnqevefxlnalmaetxca3gr0fp4c0uxr)( Note that send this transaction from your ATOM address that is Qualified for this stake drop, also The amount sent will be refunded back to the origin address.)

Step 4- After completing the Magic Transaction, You will be able to see your Total Staked $ATOM, $MNTL Address, Total rewards $MNTL.

Reward Distribution Start Date 16 Mar 2022 Block Height: 9770481 End Date 22 Mar 2022 Block Height: 9839600. You have 6 days left to complete this process to claim.

Important

$MNTL tokens distribution will commence after the 6 months of lockup period and will be linearly distributed over the next 6 months (equal tokens released each block for the period of 6 months)
